Polypropylene fiber is a synthetic fibre that spun from isotactic polypropylene polymerized by propylene, non-toxic and east to disperse in water. It is thermoplastic resin, one of the five general purpose resins. It has light weight, high strength, good elasticity, also has excellent abration resistance, corrosion resistance and againg resistance.
Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber is one of the new generation of high-tech green buildings materials, non-taxic, non-polluting and harmless to human body, it can dispense very well in water. It has high strength, high modules, low elongation, abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good weather-resistance, good affinity and bonding with cement, gypsum and other substrates. It is also anti-crack, anti-seepage, anti-impact, anti-freeze and abrasion resistance, and can improve the toughness of mortar.
Polypropylene fiber is a fibrillated synthetic polypropylene microfibre for concrete reinforcement that complies with ASTM C1116(Standard Specification for Fiber Reinforced and Shorcrete) and is specially designed to help mitigate the formation of plastic shrinkage cracking in concrete. Typically used at a dosage rate of 1.5 lbs/yd 3 (0.9 kg/m3).
Macro fiber has a high breaking strength, good dispersion, and strong binding force. The embossed surface has better bite forces with concrete to improve the shrinkage resistance and crack resistance. It is a perfect trouble shooter of low tensile strength, low ultimate elongation, and brittleness of concrete.
